Try this bourbon and sherry creation from a top San Francisco bartender.

  • 1 oz Bulleit bourbon
  • 1 1/2 oz La Bodega Oloroso Sherry
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Regan's orange bitters
  • Garnish: 1 Orange peel
  1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the bourbon, sherry, amaro, Bénédictine, and both bitters and stir.

  2. Strain into an old- fashioned glass filled with one large ice cube.

  3. Flame the orange peel over the glass and add.

  4. Serve.
