Countertop:

In a bowl put the egg whites with a knife tip with salt and mix at maximum speed until they become a hard foam. Add the sugar and continue mixing. Then add the yolks one by one and finally the flour, mixing lightly with a spatula from bottom to top.

Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C, until the composition is nicely golden.

Remove the tray from the oven and let the top cool.

Cream:

In a saucepan put the yolks, nesquik, sugar and flour. Mix lightly.

Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.

Put the pan on low heat, stirring constantly until it becomes a cream the consistency of a pudding. Let cool.

When the cream has cooled completely, add the butter mixed with foam beforehand.

Mix everything well and put the cream in the fridge until the moment of use.

Whipped cream:

Put liquid cream, sour cream and sugar in a bowl and mix until they become a hard and shiny composition.

Cake assembly:

We cut the top in two equal parts horizontally.

We set the first countertop. We put half of the cream, we put 11 biscuits soaked in milk with nesquik and over them, we put half of the amount of whipped cream. Sprinkle with walnuts and chocolate ornaments.

We place the second countertop and do the same. At the end, we sprinkled walnuts and chocolate ornaments on the entire surface.

Let the cake cool until ready to serve.
